We refer to our “naked” cakes as Sheer due to the thin layer of buttercream on the exterior - just enough to still reveal the cake layers beneath. By default, that exterior coating will be white vanilla. Your filling flavor will not be seen from the exterior - so feel free to choose whatever you’d like.

Once added to your cart, you’ll be asked to customize your exterior color, select your cake size and choose your cake and buttercream flavors. You can also add a piped message on top, if you choose.

6” size: 10 servings (pictured)

*Cakes require 5-7 days minimum advance notice. If you’d like to place an order for this item with less than 5 days notice, please first send us an email to confirm our availability (info@nutmegcakedesign.com). We are generally closed on Sundays & Mondays.

We do not ship cakes. Your order will need to be picked up at our Manayunk production facility.
